Hanover Medical Group physician offices provide patient centered care from a care team who knows you and is dedicated to meeting your healthcare needs.

Your primary care provider is here to coordinate all your healthcare needs and offers you the best access to coordinated care between hospitals and specialists. Our primary care providers offer same day appointments and extended hours. Our Express Care offices are open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You also have access to our Patient Portal, which is a secure portal that allows you to view your healthcare record, request an appointment or send a message or question to the office anytime of the day or night.

The following policies apply to all Hanover Medical Group (HMG) offices:

  • Refills: Refills of existing prescriptions will be filled within two business days of receipt of the request.  Request for prescription refills cannot be granted after 2 p.m. on Fridays.  Please note that you may need to be seen by the physician prior to a full refill being given.
  • Refill of controlled drugs: Refills of controlled drug prescriptions (narcotics, sedatives) will be limited to those prescribed by your provider.
  • Form Completion: Forms must be completed within two business days of receipt of the request.  A fee for this service does apply to some forms.  Please inquire regarding fees when you request the completion of a form.
  • Payment: Payment is expected at the time of service. Please call your provider's office if you are unsure if they accept your insurance.  Should you have additional insurance carrier and/or billing questions, please contact Physician Billing Services at 877-205-3879.
