The Community Health Improvement Department here at Hanover Hospital allows the public to learn about Hanover’s chronic health conditions/diseases that need to be addressed, prevented, and treated. The field of public health is important for learning to maintain the health of your community not only as an individual, but as a whole. Taking care of yourselves and your environment will in turn make the entire community a healthier place to live, work, and play. To learn more about your specific needs simply click on a category in the left list.
Hanover Hospital will offer its next low-cost, comprehensive Multiphasic Blood Screening on June 2, 2017. Thyroid and Glyco Hemoglobin tests are also available. Registration begins on April 17 and ends when capacity is reached. Click here to register.
