In recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the
Hanover Hospital Wellness Connection is pleased to present “Think
Pink!” a free breast cancer awareness event, on Wednesday, October 29,
from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at the Hanover Community Health & Education
Center, 400 York Street, Hanover, PA.
Wear pink and join us to learn how early detection is key to
preventing breast cancer. Special guests include: Wesley R. Harden,
M.D., General Surgery; Michelle Crone, RTR (M) Mammography Supervisor,
Hanover Hospital Women’s Imaging Center; Sharon Barrick, R.N., Director,
Hanover Hospital’s Maternity Center; Jane Rice and Diana Klunk, Breast
Cancer Survivors. Klunk is also the owner/operator of “LifeChanges,”
new health and healing boutique dedicated to serving women in the
Greater Hanover area who are living with a cancer diagnosis.
Representatives from the Visiting Nurse Association will also be
available to schedule mammogram appointments for women who do not have
