You have to walk through the layers of dust covering the floor, step over the extension cords and around the stacks of drywall waiting to be hung.
You have to see beyond the construction scaffolding and exposed metal framing and use your imagination a little to visualize the final product planned for the fourth floor of Hanover Hospital's main building.
But by summer, hospital officials and staff expect to have a newly renovated medical/surgical patient ward that will include 16 new private, patient-care rooms, a terrace room, and state-of-the art equipment.
